About This Girl
My name is Victoria, and I have always been a crafty gal. I taught myself to crochet in December of 2007. I purchased a small pocket guide of crochet stitches and a pack of hooks and used my mom's Red Heart yarn to learn. I taught myself to knit in October of 2009 in a similar manner.
I guess that tells a lot about me and how I craft. I get an idea of some sort in my head and then, well, I just do it. I suppose I design things in the same way. I first visualize how the item will work out, sometimes sketching little doodles to help me along the way. And then I pick up some yarn and some needles or a hook and go to town. The most fabulous thing about fiber crafts is that most of them are reversible!
I do hope you will look around a bit. You will find my patterns and tutorials on the Patterns page. The Updates! page is new. I want to use it to update you all on progress with new patterns. And below, you will find a contact form. Please do not hesitate to contact me for help with any patterns or comments you may have.
I would love to hear from you.
